As we embark on a new culinary journey, Head Chef Hoang Tung and the team at Å by TUNG would like to introduce to all dearest guests a mesmerizing dining experience, featuring an extensive 18-course tasting menu, for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Officially launched from FEBRUARY 2024, the menu “TO THE ÅURORA LIGHT” celebrates the best of aesthetics, flavours, seasonality and fresh local produce.
