For Å by TUNG, that light is the spirit we have carried since day one: pioneering, enduring, always exploring, innovating and crafting flavor stories never told before.

“The Lighthouse” is the story of ingredients once thought to be lost, such as wild-grown fruits, fish caught far offshore, winter herbs and late-season vegetables. All are found, carefully gathered and guided by a light of calm and intention.

At Å by TUNG, we do not simply serve dishes. We send out signals. ”The Lighthouse” does not lead guests into a storm of flavors. Instead, it casts a beam for you to find your own pause, your own moment, your own memory — something both familiar and new.
