As we embark on a new culinary journey, Executive Chef Hoang Tung and the team at Å by TUNG would like to introduce to all dearest guests a mesmerizing dining experience, featuring an extensive 17-course tasting menu, for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Officially launched from MARCH 2025, the menu “Å by TUNG’s Cottage: A Feast of Hospitality” celebrates the best of aesthetics, flavours, seasonality and fresh local produce.

Just like a quiet observation of how nature works – patient, precise, and unhurried – the second plant-based tasting menu at Å by TUNG was born.

Rather than intervening or transforming, LẶNG (silence) lets each ingredient speak for itself by choosing the right moment, honoring its natural character, and letting time do the rest. This is a plant-based experiment where modern techniques do not alter essence, but simply amplify what is already there.
