Officially launched from MARCH 2025, the menu “Å by TUNG’s Cottage: A Feast of Hospitality” celebrates the best of aesthetics, flavours, seasonality and fresh local produce.

Inspired by this whisper, the first vegetarian tasting menu was born, marking A by TUNG’s heartfelt debut in crafting a fully plant-based culinary journey – delicate, refined, and deeply connected to nature, featuring an extensive 13-course tasting menu, for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City.
Officially launched from NOVEMBER 2024, the menu “NURTURE” celebrates the best of plant-based, seasonality and fresh local produce.
