At Å by TUNG, the story of good fortune is expressed through a delicate balance between Nordic minimalism and the depth of Asian cultural heritage.
Officially launches in January 2026 and will be exclusively available for the Lunar New Year season.

At Å by TUNG, the plant-based tasting menu has always been a continuation of this philosophy. Each season is a deeper descent into the true essence of ingredients. And in this new menu, that journey is named ”SOLACE” — a quiet form of comfort.
Officially launched from JAN 2026, "SOLACE" plant-based tasting menu highlights seasonal local ingredients and modern techniques. Rather than intervening or transforming, "SOLACE" lets each ingredient speak for itself by choosing the right moment, honoring its natural character, and letting time do the rest.
