Our financial whiz, inspiring leader, and the driving force behind all operations at the restaurant, Nguyet Anh, holds degrees from prestigious institutions in Finland and the United Kingdom. As the only female member of our management team, Anh's entrepreneurial spirit, keen eye for detail, and unwavering leadership make her the backbone of the  Å by TUNG restaurant.

She believes that "numbers don't lie," and her expertise drives us to new heights in the high-end Food and Beverage industry. S

A foodie at heart and a successful entrepreneur with almost 10 years of professional experiences across continents and industries - Vinh Nguyen completes the multi-faceted management team of Å by TUNG. 

His combined passion and high standards for business and culinary are invaluable assets to the opening and daily operations of the restaurant. Vinh believes strongly in a dining experience led by finesse and emotions, which are delivered by Å by TUNG's beautiful theatre and extensive tasting menus full of surprise elements.
